Room was Huge, with 2 very comfy double beds, airmchairs, lcd tv and the kitchenette had a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. The room was cleaned everyday during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small balcony but the view wasnt the best as its an old area of town. There was split air cons and even though it was facing a busy street there was double glazing so you couldnt hear noise at all.

The rooms get cleaned very well and breakfast is delivered to the room.It's also very well located. I liked the no-frills approach and the fact that breakfast is brought straight to your room at a time of your choice. The location is also pretty nice and the 24-hour reception sympathetic. It was comfortable, clean and nice enough, which compared with the price gives a good value for money. Very friendly staff, cool and comfortable room, nice breakfast and cool area near by to wonder about. Clean, friendly courteous and helpful staff, clean room, nice roof top deck, great location. The large spacious room and the comfy king bed were great. The wifi was good. Excellent atention, good value for money, clean a confortable. Value for money Location Service. very well located. The breakfast was served in the room every morning, it was basic but edible of croissants and breads but you were given plenty of jams, butter, cheese etc and sachets for tea/coffee plus a juice. There wasnt any information leaflets in the hotel or welcome pack, with information but the staff were willing to assist and answer any questions. The Jacuzzi doesn't work and the rooftopterrace is not very nice (so the reduction is a good thing ( ;) also there is not enough storage space in the room and bathroom. the house is not very well isolated , so you can hear quite a bit from the other rooms. The only thing that could make this better would be to add a computer in the entry hall for guests so they can use the internet, as I don't travel with a computer or any other wifi device, so this would have been helpful. But there's a cheap locutorio (internet cafe) not too far away, so even this is not too bad. the bathroom didn't have a good air circulation and had little space. The Area of San Telmo it is located isn't the best. May be a bit dangerous at night. Bathroom was too small, the hot tub was basically a one person tub on the roof, breakfast was below average. The dishes were dirty (on the shelf) on arrival. The lighting was very poor both in the bathroom and the bedroom. Far away from the airport, i stayed just one night and I spent more money in taxis than hotel. Felt a bit short staffed at times. We had rented 2 flats one for us which was super and one for our grown up son where the toilet did not work and when switching on the hot water you had the armatures in your hand. Although the porter tried to help he was not able to solve the problem. We paid for 2 apartments of which one was of no use.
