the hotel was not only extremely well located but also clean,friendly,cosy and very comfortable.staff was more than helpful,at hand with any queries we had,always ready to suggest any alternative solutions and eager to help us with anything.we felt comfortable and relaxed.

The hotel staff was very considerate and helpful. Location is also very convenient, just at the edge of tourisic San Telmo area.

The hotel staff, in particular the manager, Maria Jimena were absolutely five star quality in their desire to make us feel welcome. I have already recommended this property to other colleagues who travel to Buenos Aires. In spite of a mix up with our room type for the first two days of the stay, we found this to be a very positive experience and will return later this year to the same property.
The street the hotel is located on looks a little rough around the edges, however, there are police on the corners at night and the hotel has very good security.
Location
Staff were very helpful, pool area is quite nice and design and internal areas are nice. Free internet is a welcome bonus.
Breakfast was quite basic - the on-site bar does not actually open but the reception staff will get you a drink if you want one (not quite the same though). The location is in what appears to be a run down area and upon arrival my husband actually went in first to check it out - and it was the first hotel in Buenos Aires that the staff actually locked the front door - ! Some traffic noise but ok.
