The Recoleta District is where you want to stay for restaurants, shopping,sites. The Hotel is brand new, sparkling modern and clean, gorgeous bath, and complimentary breakfasts were spectacular. LOVED this place! Perfect for single travelers, too. ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 7 al 13 febbraio e lo raccomando vivamente a tutti. όλα τα σχόλια » From the moment we walked in the hotel was very special. The very professional and friendly staff to greet us and the modern chic decor welcomed us in. The rooms are luxurious. The restaurants are gourmet. The Hotel is fairly new and Modern. Quiet rooms and the internet access was excellent . The TV had lots of channels in English .The Spa facilities were good. All round a pleasant experience. Service excellent - allowed early check-in and late check-out at no cost, plus an upgrade. Great location, all facilities new, quiet and very comfortable. Great selection of TV Channels, nice well designed hotel,nice bathroom and comfort room, great conciernge , very good room service, kind reception. Very nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit expensive, very poor breakfast, unproffesional barman, low quality cocktails. The city center is very very dangerous for tourists, we had bad expirience !!. There was nothing we didn't like. They dont have a specific outside areas for smoker. Exp in their main door. Some extras a little expensinve. however classical hotel ambiance missing a little bit, noise from street. Nothing. Lighting is typically dimmer than in the United States (as it is throughout the rest of the world where electrical costs are apparently excessive). However the lighting at this hotel was better than most non-US hotels. none. No proper bar area otherwise excellent hotel. cold scrambled egg. We stayed 5 nights. On our last night we were left without towels. Nothing to say. Food and drink somewhat pricey. the room on the side of the road was very noisy, but we obtained change to the opposite side swimming pool depth is very low, about 1 mt. The parking costed us$26 per nite and the street is noisy early in the morning, mainly on week days. Problems with internet Nobody helps you at the door Bathrooms small Small and simple breakfasts. The quality of the breakfast food and its variety was the worst I ever experienced. Very few options with meets and cheeses looking "very tired". When complained I was explained that this is the result of air conditioning. The other time it was because of the lightning above. The Menu at their restaurant has no English so the waiter has to translate every thing. No concierge available at all times some times the manager carried our bags so we do not wait any longer. I paid extra for my room for a deluxe room while my friends from Canada got the regular room and all four rooms were exactly the same.
