I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

Our second time a this facility. We love the resort-style, park-like setting, spaceous and modern rooms and personable staff. It's also nice to have such quiet surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. Top-notch restaurant.

Die Suite ist sehr geräumig mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, das Doppelbett sehr groß. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, allerdings wenig Sitzplätze. Die Aussenanlage mit Sportplatz und Pool ist nett gemacht, insgesamt sehr ruhig. Um die Ecke gibt es TJ Maxx und Ross, einen Block weiter eine Mall mit Food Court.

The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional.
I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available?
He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why.
I don't need a handicap room just yet but as I get older I just might.
He also let us know about their breakfast times ect.
I love the pillows and the white textured coverlet that I found out I could order through their textile companies.

Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I would definitely stay

WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. -

Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break.

The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. -
I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms
