I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning.   We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, the Reception, Concierge, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff to the Girls in Bliss... was die leute sagen » nothing was too much trouble. Just a special mention for the concierge who arranged Ice Hockey tickets at the American Airlines Center and transport - I liked my room, and in particular the chaise lounge. The beds were super comfortable and clean.perfect location when going any where,like places to eat, shopping, sight seeing, all close enough and not too far.
