  I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being ... was die leute sagen » a good sport". I loved it. It made my daughter and my nine hours drive worth it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely - Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot.   The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular!
