Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk
to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my
dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location
was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.

The staff where always friendly and helpful. The whole ambiance was very modern and nice. We've enjoyed the small dinner from monday to thursday. The area from the hotel is perfect to explore New York. Our rooms where always clean!

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. Great location, in the middle of everything. Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction. Nice Rooftop bar(not a part of the Hotel) -

Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration.
The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit.

Room was in brand new condition; extremely clean and comfortable.
Easy walk from Penn Station and then to work on Park Avenue.
Felt very safe and found plenty of close by places to eat great food. Also, friends of Bill W only 3 blocks away.
