  The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

  I enjoyed the entire stay at the Patricia Grand. The ease and relaxation was very enlightening and our stay was very nice. - The sound of the waves is the best sound for me. I have a very hectic life but when I relax I downshift a few gears.

Love that it is pet friendly & I dont have to pay extra $ for my pet to stay as compared to holiday inn, when I called them to inform that we have a poodle with us, they charge us 100$ for 3nights of stay for the pet (glad I cancelled it).... was die leute sagen » - Front desk staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lady making the waffles at breakfast was outstanding, this setup is much better than guest who don't know what they are doing trying to use this equipment.

  We loved the rooms. After just having stayed in another hotel (major brand named) for a week that was a major disappointment. Walking into this lovely lobby, then upstairs into the room I was so happy! It was a true suite, with not only a door to the bedroom but a lovely French door set up!   After reading all the previous reviews I was nervous about staying here, but once we arrived we got to check in to our room 2 hours early, had no problems getting more towels or toiletries, efficiency suite had all dishes and silverware clean and ready to use. It has two pools, kiddy pool, and a hot tub. Parking was not an issue for us either. Staff h - I stayed for Bike Week and scored an ocean front room. I booked 3 weeks in advance online and there were no issues. I have read bad reviews of this hotel but I had a positive experience. The room was clean and it was a very enjoyable stay. I returned to my room frequently throughout the day to relax after a ride and was glad I selected this hotel because of the location and the value.

  This is a very quiet hotel if you are looking to go with your children. The room service was great, we never ran out of towels, and the pool was clean and very quiet. The hotel also had an indoor pool and jacuzzi on site. Staff was wonderful and also had a restaurant right beside the hotel.
