Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! We were upgraded free of charge, and our two-bedroomed suite was ENORMOUS! It was bigger than all of our flats at home! Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money.
Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.

great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to
be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a block behind the 'Strip'. Also fantastic is the accommodation - an apartment with huge rooms, comprising a lounge (2 large settees and 2 large TV screens) with excellently equipped kitchenette and dining area, large bedroom, large spa bath room, and large toilet and shower room. Hotel is very clean,easy access to all major locations,polite staff, my room was cold and i called the front desk to turn the heat on it toke less then a minute someone was there to help,including the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room.It was my husband and I first time going to vegas,we made a great choice to stay at the Hilton,even though the hotel is a little bit pricey, I think it's forth the price.

When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. -
