We loved that we were in walking distance from the beach, Sanata Monica
Pier, 3rd street shopping and eating. We were allowed to have our small

I really loved the location being so close to the beach/pier and the
promenade. There are so many good places to eat nearby and fun things to
do. It was also great to have our own apartment type place with plenty
of room - a large living room area with a bed & futon and a separate
bedroom. Bob is also very helpful and nice. It felt a little sketchy at
first because it is not a typical "hotel" where you check in
at a front desk, however Bob was quick to text me with all the
information I nee

Requested a ground floor room and got it! Location was excellent and
cost was reasonable in comparison to other accommodation in area! Water
heater for tea and coffee ran out, would have liked that monitored , but
otherwise staff helpful and room clean and tidy, and very pleased to

We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made every effort to get our room ready as quickly as possible which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.

The service from reception to general staff was excellent. The reception staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our tours were arranged which left us stress free. The service from everybody was prompt and every request was met. The staff made out stay, the best of anywhere on our trip. it is the only place we would go back to. I cant thank them enough.
