  The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff.   I loved metro. Its exactly what you see in the pictures. No surprises. The app was bit old and so is the building yet I could see the effort they put into making it a bit nicer. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. I saved a lot money not eating outside. Its not a hotel, you get you own studio so there is no cleaning service unless you pay extra yet I loved knowing that no one was go - The service is outstanding! We checked in after long delays at the airport and lost baggages plus getting lost finding the hotel but it was all worth it. The front desk seeing our tired faces upgraded us free to a much bigger room and arranged a rollaway bed for our ten year old son immediately. We didn't even have to call and notify that our aircon wasn't working, they knocked on our doors and replaced the unit right away. The bed is really comfortable and everything is spick and span. Towel
