I really enjoyed the atmosphere of your casino and staff. Everyone always wore a smile and they were very quick to help with any and all questions. Being that I don't usually go to casino's, I had no idea what I was doing. I had casino hosts telling me about games, I had table supervisors and dealers walking me throughout each step, I was informed about different activities, places to eat, and what was coming in the future. Overall, I am very pleased with choosing to stay at Harrah's. I will be. alle bewertungen »
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the casino was clean and fun.
like casino. had great rate for weekend. not crowded. felt comfortable. had help getting a taxi was nice.
we have stopped here for several years on our way west and always enjoyed the fun time in the casino.
I really like the idea of having a night club at the same place as the casino and hotel.
Very nice facility. Staff went out of their way to be friendly. Best I've seen.
Everyone there was very friendly, always told you to have a good day,
etc.
location close to casino...free parking...refrigerator in room.
The beds are super comfortable. Rooms were very clean!.
Check in easy
Staff good.
Good restaurants.
The staff was so friendly...everyone said something as they passed by us...like, "good luck", "have a good day", etc.
covered parking!.
friendly staff
good buffet
no fee for opting out of 2nd night.
I felt safe considering I roomed alone at night.
Going over to the casino was fun.
The staff was very friendly and always said hi. It would seem they are using this to make up for the non user friendly decisions of management.
Clean rooms, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds.
free valet parking.
Nothing.
The cleanliness of the rooms was probably my only complaint. The floors were always sticky, if I didn't wear my house slippers in the carpet area of the room, my feet would be 'black' on the soles due to the filth in carpets. My shower had mold spores growing on the shower curtain and along the upper shower wall - where the tile and ceiling would meet .
could here tolet in room next door.
Everything was great.
I didnt like that we spent $177.00 dollars on the room and no free wifi
or coupon for buffet or even a 5 or whatever free play at the casino.
Because most of all of the casinos I have been in do offer you a match
play or a coupon for buffet at there casino.
window looked out to wall.....had trouble getting the room cool enough.
Quite a long walk to casino!.
Rooms could b a little cleaner
No room service.
The bath tub. I'm surprised if they don't get sued someday,
because they are hard to get in and out of, and someone will take a
terrible fall someday!
For people with with leg, knee and back problems they are just horrible to get in and out!
The side to get in is so high, that it has to be difficult for many people to negotiate.
Supposed to be a jacuzzi and wasnt.
Didn't get the room we reserved. Then when we checked in, desired room wasn't available. Check-in clerk was less than friendly.
It was our anniversary and I requested a special room...didn't get it and ended up with two small double beds!...disappointing!.
terrible advertisment for room
horribly hard bed
room had shabby wrinkled carpet
horrible view for the dollar amount
our car was broken into.
It had crumbs on the chairs in the room from at previous guest. One of the beds was not properly made.
The fact that we were in a smoking room when not asked we got moved to a non smoking room 2 days prior and when we checked in our room was not ready and had to be put into another room.
In this day and age I find it odd that free internet is not provided in the rooms. To charge $11 a day at a casino where the idea is to get the money in the games baffles me. Also a pool and spa would be a nice addition.
I realize its a casino but there is no pool or activities for kids and
charging 10.95 for each wi-fi device is ridiculous.
the beds were very small-looked like the pediatric ward-dirty tile and tub in bathroom-poor work-out facilities-exorbitant credit card fees-surly, bossy front desk staff-slow valets-poor water pressure-shower head partially stopped-up -loud housekeeping staff early in the AM-bad buffet-just a bad hotel casino.
It was too far from the hotel to the casino, some people have a hard time walking. You should put in a moving sidewalk like they have in airports. Will not be back.
