  The staff was amazing!!! Duke, Melissa, Alonzo, and Juan Valdez the breakfast/coffee area customer service person. These are fine people who understand the art of customer service. Always patient, smiling, accommodating, personable and their number one goal is to ensure a wonderful stay for everyone. The staff is one of the most helpful and interested of guest comfort I ever seen. We've been asked 5 times a day if we enjoy our stay. Breakfast is included, good, but don't expect very much. The value of money it is outstanding for a NY hotel. 4 times cheaper than a similar hotel in Manhattan. About the placement. We recommend this hotel if you came to visit NY and you have a average limited budget. It is a 20 min ride with the nr. 2 or 5 express trains to downtow

  I liked the room it was cozy, roomy and bathroom space. I also liked the staff they were friendly and welcoming. I also like that there is free breakfast and the cafeteria is nice and there is a variety of breakfast to have. Plus the rooms are very affordable. I'd definitely go back. - The hotel was very clean.
