  I liked that when the elevators did not work for the parking area, staff drove us to our car. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice, the food places in the Marriot were affordable and convenient. Loved the balcony, refrigerator, tv and tub. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders, maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

  John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. My room was also lovely, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was bright, efficient, cheerful and welcoming. Spanish style 3 story motel with outside elevator, very convenient and easy.
