The location is the best feature, with union station right across the road you get access to both green and red line trains. It is the bud - I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel just after i booked the room so i was very skeptic about it but now i can say that on a budget, you cant get a better hotel in all of UAE! the staff is super friendly and prompt. The rooms on the 4th floor are very quite and good. Overall, an excellent stay and i'll stay in the panorama next time too!

Balcony and kitchen are nice features in this hotel. Swimming pool and gym are good. Location is in Jaddaf Area, time to airport and burj khalifa is 10 minutes only. Price is acceptable in comparission to other hotels features. Very calm and it is highly recommended.
