location is excellent Rooms are clean also when I came for accommodation second time they up grade my room ( It was wonderfull) Staff are helpful
The location and the stuff very friendly. Breakfast is good enough. It was worth the money that we paid for the hotel.
There was not a cattle in the room for making tea or coffee. There is not a safe box in the room either minibar.
Very close to center of the city. A bit "grandeur" of the past Very friendly staff: they even offered us a breakfast-package when we left at 5 o' clock AM.

Location was perfect. Central to the city. The hotel was very clean and was beautiful old.
Wifi did not work in my room, had to go to hallway. The computer would not allow me to work in English. the cost was a bit much for what you got in the room.

The rooms lacked style and grace. Some rooms were incredibly small.
We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv. We had to get up at 6am to get the train to Ivano Frankivsk and were given a picnic box to take as we left before breakfast was ready. Booked our train tickets through the hotel - very patient and helpful service.

Location and friendliness of staff
Style of breakfast was limited for English tourist, had to boil kettle to make cup of tea. Fridge in room dd not work.

Newly renovated, City Centre, spacious apartments, helpful staff, healthy breakfast food. Accept cards or cash, helping on departure with luggage.
No pen or paper in the room. The only one PC for the whole hotel, people queuing in. Breakfast organisation poor - while ample rooms and sq footage, they managed to put not enough tables or chairs, bit congested.
