  Excellent guest house with excellent hosts who can't do enough for their guests-including a nice pot of coffee on arrival! Extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fabulous! Great location (easy to find) for exploring the beautiful Northumberland countryside; nearby Kielder area, Hadrian's Wall and Hexham. We were cycle touring and were able to leave our bikes in a secure place overnight. Also able to get breakfast very early, to suit our program. Micheal and Marion simply couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended.

  Arrived Friday for a friends wedding on the Saturday in nearby Otterburn, We were greeted with a friendly welcome, bedroom was very clean and spotless with everything we needed. Also got discount from the local pub (good p - We had the Kielder Suite and it was amazingly huge (big enough for a family) with a wonderful view, inside and out - very disappointed we had time for only one night there. Beautiful room, beautiful house, beautiful countryside.
