  Beautiful country location, gorgeous old country pub, lovely atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was superb, excellent quality and nice selection. Our room was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed. Our little dog was made welcome and able to sit with us for dinner and breakfast. Overall a wonderful weekend break! - Ever... was die leute sagen » ything really. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I've had sticky toffee puds up and down the uk but this was the best .... and the wild boar sausages were delicious. The bar area is cosy and popular so you might wish to book a meal to ensure your place. The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet.

  Everything! The owners were extremely hospitible and welcoming. Mark even ran us to and from the local pub. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy; the bathroom was large and contemporary; bottled water was supplied in the room and fresh milk for our tea. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful using local produce. The location was picture... was die leute sagen » sque and quiet and we slept like a couple of innocents! A fine example of great British hospitality. Many thanks Mark and Sue - Warm friendly welcome. Very comfortable room with lovely bathroom and super special touches with nice towels, fresh milk and cake on arrival. Very tasty breakfast, together with good conversation with Mark making the overall stay incredibly relaxing. This is exactly how a B&B should be run & others should take note of the same.

  All very clean and well presented. Decor modern, with boutique touches works very well and creates a warm atmosphere. Bed very comfy, room facilities excellent. Dinner was great, with a good choice of food. Homemade malted vanilla ice-cream a must. Breakfast, again a wide range available. The owners are very friendly and polite. I would thoroughly recommend s - Location, near the very beautiful Chalke Valley, and very convenient for the Chalke Valley History Festival, for Wilton House and Salisbury. We had a room at the back of the house so very quiet and peaceful although ti is next to the A30. Unusually varied breakfast menu with lots of cooked options. Staff helpful and let us check in early.
