  Beautiful old building in superb village setting, but with up to date interior comforts. A really good menu and real ales served in an attractive restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend this excellent establishment to anyone staying in or travelling through Kent. - The location was beautiful, room cosy ... was die leute sagen » and hotel brimming with charm and history. Hosts and all staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Food was fantastic- evening meal superb-was the best steak my other- half (himself a chef ) had eaten, outside of his own kitchen- in years: breakfast fantastic.
