  If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  Friendly welcome and hospitality and easy going and professional service. The Courtyard is in a quiet rural setting, but is close to things to do and places to visit. The room and bathroom was large and airy, it was very clean and attractive with a good comfortable bed and linen and a well equipped. Car parking is close to the rooms. Cameo appearances by Mabel the dog kept us amused and the recommendations for local restaurants were good - th - We enjoyed a warm welcome and we were given a choiced of the available rooms which were all of very high standard in both appointments, comfort and size.A choice of breakfast was available, the full English was freshly prepared from locally sourced ingredients and was excellent.The house and courtyard are in a very quiet and peaceful location yet close to all facilities. In the countryside but a short drive from large beach resorts and the broads.

  Our two rooms were adjacent in a modern purpose built group in a quiet location away from the busy A140 - which we could not hear at night. All the usual facilities were provided in the rooms and were to a good standard. Individual heating controls in the bedroom and bathroom effectively allowed comfort and warmth on a cold spring day. This is clearly a popular venue as - The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pub is worth the visit good food and typical British ambiance (at least for a fench couple !) .   My family liked everything about this accommodation. Especially the warm welcome and the small added touches that the owner thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. - Really liked the room, was very quaint and comfy.

  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station.   We had a lovely 3 night stay. Our room, although very bijou, was charming and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner on 2 nights and found the food to be very good. We were shown other rooms and they were really lovely with lots of oak flooring, big windows, lovely furnishings and good facilities such as the wet rooms and dress... was die leute sagen » ing areas. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. - Lovely rooms, great ambience, friendly hosts. I felt very comfortable being on my own on business travel. The rooms have been lovingly individually handcrafted with oak and have great design features. Great restuarant, food prices very reasonable for quality of food, has indoor and outdoor areas and comfy couhes by a fireplace. Would recommend, and Beccles is a lovely village on the broads.
