  If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  We stayed in the Superior Room which was superb. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. The dining room was lovely. Good car parking. We will be going again! - Very relaxed atmosphere and very helpful staff; nothing was too much trouble, and the room was excellently appointed.

All the usual facilities were provided in the rooms and were to a good standard. Individual heating controls in the bedroom and bathroom effectively allowed comfort and warmth on a cold spring day. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station.
