  Very friendly and helpful staff overall. Iron/ironing board in room! Hair drier and safe in room. Can adjust room temperature yourself. Good room service - nice food and not too pricey. Pleasant dining room and lounge areas. We enjoyed our stay (self and elderly mother). Adjusted our booking to take account of our altered needs. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The bar food was vey reasonably priced, and although The Grill restaurant is a little pricey, you do get what you pay for, good food and good service.   There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
