  The family room was an excellent size with a powerful shower and three full size beds. The staff were very friendly. It was in a lovely location a few miles from Oakham. We would definitely return. - Relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of staff, nice food, clean and comfortable bedroom, easy access to local main roads.

Worthy of top chef awards. We thought all the staff paid attention to detail and worked hard to ensure you enjoyed your stay. I am a regular user of this hotel and like it so much I came back for their Christmas package in 2008; I must say that the staff are always friendly and make you feel at home. Was babysiting for the family who were at a wedding at a larger hotel close to Oakham and the room rate was half that hotel and comfort wise we experienced twice as much. For a 10 min drive stay at The Old Pheasant Inn

But the most impressive thing was that these young staff were absolutely superb they had good personality s and were so efficient? 10 out of 10 for the whole team. - We had a fantastic weekend.
