Freundlichkeit des Personals, Ambiente des Hauses - This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time. Top this off with a great kitchen, enviable room appointments, nice bathrooms. It's a winning mix for an airport hotel.

Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel itself is very welcoming and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. I love staying here and would chose it everytime.

My son (4 years old) and myself really enjoyed our stay in the park inn.. When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! Booked apartament for 5 and we loved it! Great living room with open

The hotel staff were very helpfull and could not do enough for us, the room was very big and nice and clean. - Fantastic facilites and great value for money. Made extremely welcome by all staff except reception staff.

Keine Proaktivität, guter Service, aber mehr in Richtung 3 Sterne - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful
