All the staff I encountered were friendly & helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them; from Reception staff, Waiting staff at breakfast and staff in The Boathouse. Please pass on my thanks. The food was piping hot, which was much appreciated and the lunch menu was adjusted to meet our personal choices and was all we could wish for. We met some Canadian cousins for the first time and it was a wonderful spot to meet up for lunch on the side of the Thames with them. Staff are really friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is to die for! The rooms are not too big but well decorated, bed really comfy, one of the best relaxing nights I had for a long time! Definitely will stay there again!

The room was lovely with a lovely view the bed was huge and bedding crisp white sheets. We went for a relaxing breaki and got it.
