  Martin was very accommodating when our travel plans went awry and gave us a warm welcome despite our late arrival. We were treated to tasty local delicacies for breakfast.   Location - Lakeside views, especially when in dining room. Staff in dining room very courteous and eager to please. Dinner good but breakfast could have been better. Toast soggy and cold and bacon only cooked on one side.

  The apartment was a decent size with pleasant furnishings. The flexibility was very useful as we were out late one evening and up early one morning and we disturbed nobody.   We needed somewhere close to Guildford as it was bank holiday weekend we had left it late to book. Lakeside lodges were available at an excellent price we thought it was too good to be true to be honest so we were worried has some of thr reviews we had read had said bad things.
