The price and carparking was cheap
Bed was too hard only one towel in room
Clean and good simple design
None
We liked the bed, shower, tidiness, staff, location, the fact there's private parking, the coffee from the coffee machine, size of the room (standard double room), and everything else! Thank you for everything!
The only issue was a little mark on our blanket sheet. We're only mentioning it so you check them all and replace the ones that have stains not coming off. It'd made a big difference. You're close to perfection! But indeed apart from that little issue, it was all excellent! We'll choose you again next time going to Manchester.
The room is ideal for a short stay, in easy access to town centre while not paying city centre price
Wifi was not to good but wasn't a major problem
Value for money
Everythings is perfect
Really pleased with the accommodation (comfortable room, very functional, & just a short walk to the Lowry). Not spacious but for one night and the price, just fantastic.
Would have liked a mirror near the plugs so that I could see myself when I used my hairdryer.
Very clean, and excellent value.
One of the lifts still does not work. The coffee with the breakfast is poor
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Location is excellent for city centre, tram stop just across the road and only 4 stops into town centre. Plenty of food and drink outlets around hotel. Definitely recommended.
There wasn't anything to dislike to be honest.
The room was perfect for a family with young children. It's close to old Trafford where we wanted to go.
I think that if there,s more food choices for breakfast it would make the stay 100% value for money.
Clean, simple room perfect for a one night stay. Friendly staff and no problems were incurred.
Great value for money, basic but perfect for our needs.
Just a small thing - Would have liked an extra towel.
Location
Too strict on 12.00 check in
value for money and location near old trafford and beside tram stop. nice staff and clean hotel.
you have very small room. step out of shower and you are in the bedroom. also only 1 elavator working.
Quiet hotel for such a busy location. Value breakfast and car parking. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel for a one or two night stay.
Only one pillow each and hard mattress.
Friendly and helpful staff, good location, suitable for purpose and for the price you got a comfortable nights sleep, would use again when a bed is all you need.
Slight odour from sink that at times was unpleasant and the lift was unpredictable, having to go to the main reception area to get a cuppa was a pain but to be fair you got what you paid for.
This was my first time staying at ibis budget. It was very basic but very clean. I was recommend this ibis for anyone travelling to Manchester for a United game. It is within walking distance to the ground. A tram stop is only mins away for easy access to city centre. There is a pub + 2 well known restaurants very close by.
very clean, and efficient.
You need to fix one of the lifts, it's been faulty for some time now.
All of it.
Nothing
Close to venue we were attending and
Noisy as the room was situated onto the car park
The price
Shower fan was running all night, kept me awake and it was cold. Never happened before, feel I should have been compensated as I stay regularly but was in a rush when leaving or would have asked.
it was good value for money
Free WiFi, parking, excellent value for money.
No Tea making in room.
Spacious room, nice shower, good service, peace and quiet, ideal location for MediaCity.
Access by car is not easy, carpark poorly signposted.
Ease of finding, parking, cleanliness, value, location
Bed slightly too hard for my liking, but accept that everyone's preference is different
The value for money and location was great. Also has great car park space. I've stayed a few times now and would probably stay again.
Young people running around the hotel at daft o'clock disturbing everyone. This sort of thing would put me off from coming back again. My family and I weren't happy.
Very good value for money. Great location. Very clean rooms and staff were excellent.
Bed wasn't overly comfortable but as only staying a short time this was a minor detail.
Staff extremely helpfully, fantastic location if travelling to Old Trafford for match, some nice pubs and restaurants nearby as we'll
Room a bit small ok as it was only me and my son but I don't think it would suit anymore people
everything, comfort of rooms ,cleanliness, near to city and old trafford.
only one lift,get it fixed
rooms very clean and comfortable, staff very polite.Ideal for a visit to old trafford, near to city centre.
just one lift working, you can wait awhile for lift.second one should be repaired.it is out of order a long time now.
location, friendly staffs
slightly more than usual price
Perfect location for anyone wanting to spend time in Trafford area. Taxi approx £10 to get into central Manchester (central train station). Room is very small and basic but perfect for what we needed- group of friends on a night out. It is somewhere just to sleep.
The cost
The fact that the lavatory is so small that you cannot wipe your bum without opening the door sufficiently to be able to bend forward!!!!
ideally located for Old Trafford. Restaurants and shops located nearby. Right opposite the tram stop to get back into city centre
No family rooms. We had to have 2 rooms as max in a room was 3.
Cleanliness Price Quiet
Lift took ages going up and down past my floor when called. One lift out of action Mattress too firm
Value of money
- Charge fee (10 pounds) for 30 mins check-in early. - They do not clearly in the breakfast notice. It will be charge.
location
Nice room, clean. Breakfast ok.
No kettle etc but only stayed one night so not a great problem
bed not comfiest
Clean and cheap all staff were friendly couldn't ask for more for the price, great location too!
No kettle had to buy our own
We were on Man United game, Hotel is very close to the stadium. perfect just for 2 nights. not far away from airport taxi 20 pounds, Trafford shoping centrum 10 pounds by taxi
no Bar in the Hotel, you must use Bar in next door hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful , hotel is exactly as it describes on website --good value for money close to all we needed ie old Trafford City etc
Groups of young adults lots of drinking going on in halls etc --- fair enough but they should be seperated from ur families who are there for the football and not drinking !!!! I understand they are young and I don't begrudge them their fun but the kids don't need to see semi nude girls sitting around drinking cheap wine
availability of restaurants nearby for somewhere to eat.not far from citylink tramline.
no info in room ie. tourist map,bus &tram services available with prices as you need to have correct change for fares. although bad weather forecast found heating too high and no way of adjusting room temp.
everything works well. internet, etc... very well thought design. near tram station and i would say good location, near subway and other restaurants too.
i noticed a little smell when we came back from the centre, but it was nothing pungent really.. I only noticed it this time.. i would recommend the hotel to look into the shower drain.. i think thats where it came from...
perfect place to stay when you are visiting the old trafford
The rooms were very clean.Facilities good, especially shower.Breakfast good value at £4.95.Location good for Old Trafford,a ten minute walk.
Relaxing, warm, clean - everything that is needed, bargain for the money
Poor breakfast selection for £4.95 - need more cereal options and possible boiled eggs?
very friendly and helpful staff very clean best price
no kettle in the room
Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good value for money.
Budget Friendly Friendly Staff Good Location
