Guests are required to call the apartments at least one hour prior arrival at the apartments to ensure prompt check-in. Guests expecting to arrive after 00:00 must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. An additional GBP 20 charge will apply. In case of card / cardholder not present, guests will be required to follow Third Party Authorization process at the time of reservation. Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. Parties are not permitted. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. My Apartments reserves the right to make copy / take image of documents at check in for security records. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. In case of third party authorization guests are required to produce valid booking confirmation voucher with their own valid debit / credit card and photo ID upon arrival. The photographs of the apartments are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Road noise may be audible in the apartments. Please note that My Apartments Ltd reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards on arrival for security deposit of at least GBP 200. Children's cots/cribs are subject to availability. Please inform My Apartments Chelsea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
