Very nice and very clean hotel, well located. Very good continental breafast. Staff very friendly. An excellent value for money place
Location is excellent for Natural History Museum, which was the purpose of the trip. Easy to find, and convenient for underground stations. Rooms typically small but good decor, clean, comfortable, tea&coffee facilities, room safe, aircon, hair-dryer, and good showers. Buffet breakfast (extra) was ok.. not a huge selection, but sufficient.
Just a single lift.
High standard of decor and cleanliness. Breakfast.
Room a little cramped, double bed only accessible from one side. Outside noise a little intrusive.
value for money, above average for the price I pay
the walls are not sound-proof, quite noisy when people come back late or leave early in the morning
Very good location, clean and friendly staff
Rooms a little bit small but for a few days is fine.
Everything!!!
friendly staff, lovely bathrooms,
we thought the breakfast facilities were excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful
we were satisfied with everything .
excellent location.
room size. price not matching standard expected: double room with access to the bed on one side only...
Location. Opposite Natural History, V and A and near Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens. Portobello Market and Kensington High Street walkable.. Breakfasts okay, with boiled eggs and fresh fruit available. Rooms very clean. For the area, a fair price. Hotel is well ordered and quiet inside.
Rooms are small, but then you would pay a great deal more for a bigger room in this area. Traffic noise - but if you choose to stay in a central and easily accessible area, you are likely to get this. Use ear plugs.
Clean, silent. They immediately gave a cable without deposit when I had problem about wifi internet connection.
The public car parking they suggested was very expensive, 49 pounds per day.
The location, cleanliness and good breakfasts
The room was quite small but adequate
Good central location, easy to find and good value.
Reception area not overly welcoming and dark, room was small, but functional.
location of hotel and price
room a bit small
Hotel was cheap and cheerful, rooms had the usual , tea, coffee, hairdryer etc, no fridge or mini bar, but given the prices of most minibars that not a bad thing
Front desk doubled as Bar which wasn't ideal and a bottle of off the shelf £6 standard wine was £20, rooms are very compact
Great location, clean rooms
Great location, friendly helpful staff. Nice clean and tidy.
Great shower,
Small room,
Short walk to South Kensington Tube station. Beside National History Museum. Clean room and friendly staff
run on a shoestring but very well! The buffet breakfast was a marvel of efficiency with only 1 part-timer to oversee .Perfectly clean and diagonally opposite the best museums in Britain.
The London bus maps do not show the routes around this hotel. In fact it is well served but be careful or you could end up in Acton. The bus stop immediately outside the Eden is no use.Cross over to the stop near Baden Powell house for buses to central London. The lounge area of the hotel is a joke. This hotel is good value but is only for B&B purposes,
location; modern hotel; helpful staff
space in basement room a little tight
I liked the attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent value for money.
The pillows were slightly too hard.
Its convenient location to the Royal Albert hall. Everything was clean, well-maintained and in good working order. Although room was small, it was well-designed. Friendly staff.
The room was very small so the bed was against the wall -difficulty in getting out to the loo in the night.
Location, easy room entry
Small room but it had everything I needed
Quiet room and comfortable beds
we were on level and the bathroom was a bit whiffy
Location is excellent
Conveinence
Small rooms
Location was good... very near to underground stations... staff was helpful
Single room was a little small
Reasonably quiet location. Ability to open the window. Proximity to Museums
We liked the location as it was close to the tube and easy access to central London. The hotel was very clean and the room was cleaned every day.
The room was very small and it overlooked a very busy and noisy main road.
Location, staff, cleanliness, large bed, heater, ease of access
Noisy room, small bathroom/sink, mild hot water, not enough space for clothes, no fridge
location, close to tube station; staff are pretty friendly
too small, and no wifi during my stay (stayed at room 109)
Location, staff very friendly
Rooms quite small and lift slow
Really good value for the money: excellent location, neat and clean and friendly staff
We were surprised that the the rooms were so small. Didn't realize that when booking.
Everything! I will comeback again!!
Brand new fittings - new beds, newly decorated, newly fitted bathroom. All of a high standard. Excellent location in Kensington, amazing value for money.
Near a noisy road, but this is not unusual in London and it would not put me off booking again.
excalant value for the money this was our third visit and would use it again, close to all the museum and Albert hall the rooms are basic and clean with a very good shower .over all great little find.C.J Bournemouth
Central position. Value for money Clean
The hotel was located near the tube station so it was a great base. The staff were delightful, really chatty & friendly nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable & very clean but a little on the small side. I would definitely stay here again.
I didn't have breakfast there as it was only a continental breakfast that was offered! When I'm on holiday I like the option of a cooked breakfast....
Location.Friendly courteous staff. Comfortable, no frills.
staff very polite ,close to underground so easy to get around .very good value for money .
nothing
Everything
Everything - just what we needed for our London base for a short visit, and would be happy to stay again.
I stayed 2 nights in this new Hotel with new and modern rooms, just in front of Natural History Museum, 7 minutes from metro station. The staff was really kind, my room (in the basement floor) had a very bad odor (coming from the pipes of the toilet) so after my complaint I was moved to another room (unfortunately just the day after) and they offered me the breakfast.
Room in the basement (level 1 as it is called) don't have windows and are at bad odor risk. Rooms are very very small, especially the single ones. Walls between rooms are really thin, you can here everything your neighbors do. Patisserie of breakfast was not really fresh.
friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great location
My neice and I wanted to visit the V & A so location perfect. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Hotel standard very good. I have already recommended it to others and would return in the future.
Absolutely nothing.
politeness of reception staff cleanliness location free wi-fi
Well positioned for the tube stations. not far from the Royal Albert Hall which was our main reason for going, also close for the museums. We also found some descent places to eat all in walking distance of the hotel.
We had a twin room which was very nice but would have been better if it could have been a bit bigger.
Clean, friendly and good location
Great location - hotel was comfortable
