Was die Leute sagen
The Hotel was a very clean, warm, loving and friendly place to be. The staff were excellent and very friendly outgoing people. I felt very comfortable staying that and I felt very safe and secure. The rooms were beautiful, the beds looked and felt like designer beds, the heat control in the rooms was excellent, there were plenty of facilities, even an iron to use! which was brilliant as I forgot my own. The showers were amazing! power showers and very spacious! The eating are was huge but had a. alle bewertungen »
We had a major problem with our vehicle at the time of our stay at Hotel
Green Park. They helped us by making calls for us because we did not
speak fluent English. They were present at the arrival of the tow truck.
In fact they have accompanied us all the time to inform and reassure us.
I would like to sincerely thank them for their availability and support.
The friendliness of the staff especially Melanie. The night staff helped us find a restaurant, Jalen's to eat dinner and it was reasonably priced...the room was quiet and bed was comfy. Went downstairs to read in the lounge with leather sofas. Breakfast was very good...would stay again.
The hotel was ideal we went to see liverpool fc it was 5 min. To city
centre delta taxi cost £5 into town breakfasts was spot on we will be
going back in aug to see liverpool Y.N.W.A.
The staff very friendly and friendly the place clean. We booked it for
the airport. We got transferred from Portugal to Liverpool to get back
home to Ireland.
Spacious. Friendly. Nice location which was close enough to city but
away from the noise of the city centre. Green leafy suburb.

Found hotel to be clean and not to far from city centre. Breakfast was good and staff polite and friendly.
Liked the receptionist. And I like the way you're winkin' your eye. Are you likin' it too.
Liked the Merc.
i liked it because it was very private and quiet. friendly hotel would stay again.
The location was very good and the rooms look nice.
Staff were kind and attentive.
Friendly, family run hotel.
Parking at the hotel.
friendly and clean.
When making my booking on line it clearly stated including breakfast this is why I made this choice as we had an early start. When we booked in we were told breakfast not included. So £70 is not particularly cheap.
Good location for where I needed to be.
Staff very friendly.
Clean rooms.
Didn't use the bar or have breakfast so can't comment.
The location was excellent for my needs. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Lots of hot water. Good friendly staff.
Staff cheerful and very helpful, we enjoyed our stay. It was near to our venue at the Palm House Sefton Park.
Staff were very good, when you walk in the hotel it looks very nice until you go to your room.
very helpful and friendly staff in old fashioned hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Friendly staff, clean room, perfect location for meeting uni son.

The breakfast was fine and the staff friendly and helpful.
The staff were all lovely
Towels and bedding were clean.
It was in a pleasent location.
Nothing, it didn't ruin the weekend, but it could hve.
There was a good Indian restaurant near by.
Nice bacon.
We had a hard time finding it...type in the postal code/then it is easy....no soap and only one towel but not a big deal. We carry our own soap.
They could put hotel & breakfasts £40 not hotel £35 breakfasts £5
but the hotel was great Y.N.W.A.
Unpleasant Smell of food as enter hotel and in hallway
Hallway carpet would have benefited from a Hoover and perhaps a clean.
It taking two days to get onto wifi in my room.
The Rain.
wasn't very clean needs a bit attention to details for people wanting to relax couldn't put clothes in draws because of dust never had milk for tea also no little soaps and gels in shower room also only one towel for double room ,only stayed one night so kept clothes in bag and lucky I brought my own gels but the rest was fine as I said just the small attention to detail.
The bed was really uncomfortable I could not get to sleep and my friend woke up with a bad back.
Decor needs attention and window woodwork.
very noisey both at night and early morning.
pillows a bit hard. for oaps stairs not good.
Bed a bit hard
TV remote didn't operate the telly
Walls a bit on the thin side but luckily no noisy guests during my stay.
Breakfast was £8 which is a bit expensive. Internet did work but signal strength not too good.
The decor in the room a bit tired, cracked stained ceilings and one room had a bad leak near the dormer window when it rained!.
Bedrooms are poor, had a twin room overlooking thier garden the mattresses were very hard and the shower room was very compact.if they spent a little money on refurbishment it will make a lot of difference.
would have liked mushrooms as option at breakfast.
shower took AGES to heat up.
TV and bed-side lamp didn't work. Shower only a trickle when on anything other than cold.
Room was NOT cleaned when i returned back had to ask night staff to replace towels and maste bin.
shower did not work in our room, and we were moved to a better room, but there was dust everywhere and the room was quite dated and the bath panel was smashed and the wardrobes were falling apart.
Very noisy thanks to a visiting team that was very drunk in the early hours of the morning.
Breakfast was very poor.
hair in the shower ,stains on the carpet in one of the rooms the shower was just a dribble nothing to hang your towel or anything in the bathroom ,no hairdryer in the room decor looked new but doors were very noisy and you could hear everything from the room next door.
The room could have had more attention to detail with the cleaning I.E.
Cobwebs and carpet could have done with a good vacuum, but the bed linen
was spotless. Room 4 was missing a full length mirror and no tv remote
so we couldn't change channel.
The room (no 4) smelt, there were big cobwebs behind the chair on the radiator and the bathroom needed re-grouting.
Hot tap was broken too.
My hotel room was dirty and still had recipts in the drawer from over a month before.
The room smelt on entry - we had to leave windows open and go out. One
of the mattresses had spring sticking through by end of night.
The room was dirty, the bed linen was soiled, the facilities were inadequate, tea making facilities and no kettle. The bathroom was dated and unclean. On the whole I wouldn't let my pet stay there.
The swearing of the staff.
The expensive room price.
The expensive breakfast.
No towel rails in the bathroom.
No shower gels.
Very uncomfortable bed.
No bulbs in the over head lights.
The shower was a trickle of water. Had to ask at reception for a tv remote. The signal for the tv wasn't strong enough which meant it was freezing and breaking up. Stains on carpet and wall and also a rip in the bed covers.
