  The location was excellent, being a short distance from Birmingham Airport. The hotel was excellent value for money and as this was my first stay at a Premier Inn I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room itself and the hotel overall.   A wonderful little hotel which I would definitely recommend. The hospitality staff were fantastic. I travelled with my mother and sister for a break away, as my mother was having her 60th birthday but has been very unwell for the past year. After I booked, I spoke to the hospitality manager on the phone who recommended a change of room (to a groun... was die leute sagen » d floor courtyard apartment) and restaurant from those requested, as my mother has mobility issues, and sorted that out without charging any extra. Wh - I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even to the point of meeting me at my car in the rain with a umbrella to escort me into the hotel. The room was beautiful and quaint, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and again the service was very good. I would definitely recommend the hotel with its quaint additional touches. It's like stepping back in time. Luxury at an inexpensive price.

  Richard and Linda were extremely welcoming, helpful hosts. My room was spotlessly clean, warm and the bed was seriously comfortable. The location, at the end of a lane means that Woodshoot is totally quiet. Breakfast is served in the dining room of their home and is just heavenly. It is simply delicious - really high quality, beautifully cooked and was the perfect way to start my day overlooking their frost covered gar - This B & B is Excellent Value for money. The Owners are very welcoming and Friendly. Excellent Breakfast. I've marked the Facilities and Location slightly down as the room, whilst adequate has no room for storage and the location is isolated, you do need a car to get to places unless of course you are on a walking holiday, in which case it is ideal.
