We have stayed here twice and have been more than happy! The rooms are clean, comfortable and all you will need for a weekend in Brighton. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton so perfectly located. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

Great value for money, room small but there was a private toilet and shower with clean towels, soap and shower gel, which was great. Wouldn't expect more for the price I paid. Clean comfortable room with lovely big comfortable bed. Nice modern bathroom. We were very happy with accommodation. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. Quiet small pub just around the corner from main road so no noise in our room.
Also it was good to have a separate entrance to your accommodation so no need to go through the pub bar with your bags. Lots of café/restaurants & shops around the pub.
The owners very friendly and helpful.
