The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us.   Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. - The staff were all very helpful. The location worked well for using the bus system. Good wifi, clean, large breakfast.

  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... was die leute sagen » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

  Der Empfang bzw. die Rezeption waren sehr nett und entgegenkomend und die Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Es gab auf dem Zimmer einen Wasserkocher u. Tee und Kaffee zur freien Verfügung. Die Bettwäsche wurde schon am 3. Tag gewechselt.
