When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. to an array of restaurants. We ate at zizzi before a concert at the men.
Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

Everything! The small details that made all the difference. Labelled
pillows (choose firm or soft). Incredibly comfortable bed. The hairdryer
is not in the bathroom, it's by the mirror outside the bathroom so
if you're two people one can fix his/her hair and the other one

- Very helpful and friendly staff. They answered all the questions patiently and explained very clear about whare to go and what to do in a day, especially, night staff that even offered to walk me to the car park at night. This what I call 'Extra miles service' - very happy!

Comfy spacious single room with Ensuite bathroom, it was adequate for a single room with sink, toilet and shower cubicle.
Tv available, fridge available, coffee and tea making facilities. Friendly staff, good pub atmosphere and good food in the pub below, i enjoyed full english breakfast, food served from 8am till 4pm.

We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena.
