The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war Service nicht gut genug. Keine Proaktivität, guter Service, aber mehr in Richtung 3 Sterne - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

Loved everything about it. Will be telling all my friends that YMA is a must. Bar. Free parking. Room clean and spacious. I travelled down and stayed on the 18th June 2013 in a quadruple room with friends and it was fantastic!! Well worth the it for the price. Will be staying again. Gem x

I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully.
