  The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times.   The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

The facilities in the room were excellent, its nice having the facility to cook if you want, and the bonus of the washing machine and dishwasher was brilliant.   These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances.   This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Breakfast is very good and we have had some lovely dinners there.
