I enjoyed the space of the room, the comfort of the bed and the beautiful glass bbathroom. The service was brilliant and the breakfast fabulous. I would definitely stay again. All amenities and activities were very close by and within minutees walking distance. Loved it!

Location is perfect. They are installing tram lines in the street but it still has access if you are arriving by car or taxi. Its a short walk to Waverly Station and all main tourist attractions can be reached by foot if you like to walk.
Room was excellent, breakfast was great. Did not try the restaurant at night but menu looked good and fairly priced.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Ideally placed for us, as we were attending the March & Rally for Scottish Independence on Calton Hill that weekend. We paid the minimum and got the maximum in comfort with a freely given upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and were pleased that we were pleased.
