The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war Service nicht gut genug. Keine Proaktivität, guter Service, aber mehr in Richtung 3 Sterne - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Die Lage gleich beim Bahnhof (wir hatten Blick auf den Bahnhof, der Lärm ist jedoch nicht erwähnenswert) ist perfekt. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. This is a very different sort of hotel. Its a former warehouse and so my room had no windows, which was slightly strange. This sad the bed was comfortable, the room very clean and nicely furnished. Where the hotel scores really high is in the communal areas. a very nice breakfast room, with an excellent home cooked breakfast, great bar and lots of airy space inside and out. There is an art house cinema, and a yoga center, both available to guests.
