  This hotel is a little gem. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and well- equipped. The restaurant was excellent and the lounges welcoming. But it's the staff that makes this place special. They couldn't have done more for us.   The hotel is situated on the cliff top with a reasonable sea view from the gardens. Note that this also means that there is a 10-15 minute walk back from Mevagissey up a steep hill. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Loved the opulent lounge area where you can chill out next to the open fire with a glass in hand and chat with other guests. As a romantic getaway this hotel is perfect.
