  Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast.   The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

  There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. The bus shuttle, both ways, was a most valuable belssing. - The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel

I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family.   Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a surprise. Spent three days and received a friendly welcome from staff who were always willing to help in whatever matter. My room was quiet and the usual Premier Inn high standard. Extremely friendly, helpful and curteous staff. Very clean and well decorated rooms, with good bathroom facilites. Comfortable beds and in a very peaceful area considering its so close to the airport. Great restaurant facilities and lovely garden to sit in. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!
