  The location was superb - so central. The idea of the security code for hotel and room entry worked well for us. We also loved our Henry room, it was so comfortable, inviting and luxurious. Christine was extremely professional and cleaned our room and has a - everything is good except two points: first is the location, thought it is described as five minutes walk from the railway station, it was a bit hard to find and a bit far from the city center.the other is the hotel is using PIN number to open the door so there was no staff in the house, and no place to store packages, which is not so continence for us. But eventually , it is a lovely place and I like the design in the room

  We booked the Innkeepers Lodge for an over night stay when we went for a day trip to Legoland. We were not sure what to except as it was some if the reviews were mixed. But we need not have worried. We requested a family room with the single bed set up for our 7 year old and a cot bed for our youngest. The room was spacious and clean with a tv, tea and coffee facilities. - From the moment of arrival to when we left the staff could not do enough for you. The quality of the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and nice and warm. We loved the Innkeeper's Lodge.
