  We were very pleased with our stay. The tube was walking distance and Central London easily accessible. We were particularly impressed with our meal - compliments to the Chef! Taxi service was good too. We will definately stay there again when we come to London next. - Staff were excellent. Stephanie on reception in particular was very helpfull

We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

We arrived and were upgraded to an ensuite though we didn't pay for it, which was kind. The rooms are basic but clean and we were very impressed with the breakfast the next morning. Management was lovely and were more than helpful to us. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want value for money, a clean room and nice staff.
