Also, a nice surprise to be able to help yourself to toast, cereals and coffee for breakfast. - i had a great stay here, the hostel and rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, what more can you ask for from a hostel. the location is great, just a few mins walk from the city centre and the free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch

Daniel Mlcousek the manager on duty was extremely helpful in dealing with my mother who is 76 and a stroke victim with mobility issues. We were a mixed bunch of guests, my mother, my father (81) and my niece (11), so our needs were varied, though all the - Room was a good size and felt spacious. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom has a shower but no bath, but the shower worked well with good temperature control and water pressure. Tv and remote worked well and all the controls functioned well.Wif-fi is free and worked well too. The lighting in the room was good, and the desk was just large enough to work on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for just £7.95 all- in.

  The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and always a smile on their faces. The rooms were better than we expected, really great value and extremely clean, decorated well and spacious (not like your other standard small rooms where you can barely move).   We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus.
