Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't
have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

Although we only stayed for one night and our actual time in the hotel was very brief, both my partner and myself were totally impressed with everything that we saw. The Spa was lovely and relaxing plus spotlessly clean and there's a clever little machine where you can dry your swimming costume, unfortunately it ate mine, but that's another story! Plenty of free parking too, which was a bonus. Definitely recommend!!

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.
