  A very welcoming hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff ( every member) Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room very clean, good facilities, fantastic standard of food and service in restaurant was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble. Very good value for money. - I always read reviews before booking, and I had a most enjoyable stay at a really friendly and quirky hotel, where the staff I met and dealt with were helpful, and very eager too please. I found it strange that previous reviews complained about there being no lift, and that their rooms were some way from reception - well it states that on the information page on this really interesting hotel.

  We loved our room with its huge comfortable bed and view of the church opposite. A delicious breakfast was included in the price of the room and we were given a menu on arrival to tick off what we wanted. There are parking spaces available on the road directly outside the guesthouse. There are shops and pubs a short walk away, including the Elm T... was die leute sagen » ree where we enjoyed a very reasonable meal. - The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I only say the facilities are "good" rather than "excellent" because it is an old-fashioned B&B, with unmatched furniture and no pretensions. For us that was a positive, but others might be disappointed, since comfort is ahead of decor here.
