  die Lage - We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! Breakfast was good too and on until 11am so we could have a nice sleep in!! Room also came with its own friendly Seagull which came to say hello from time to time.   A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

  Very friendly approachable owners, rooms very well kept, clean and tidy, we had a room that had a refurbished bathroom with a power shower that was excellent. Superb seafront location, could walk to anywhere in 5 mins. Freash homecooked breakfast to order, no warm ups. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again.
