  Das Hotel ist für uns "typisch englisch". Sehr rural und ruhig gelegen. Uns hat es Spass gemacht ! - An Old fashioned "Pub" with an outstanding range of beer on tap - good food - and nice people to drink with - Everything worked as it should, staff were friendly. Woudl definitely go back.

  Die Atmosphäre war sehr gut, das Essen sehr gutes Pub Food. - Kam sehr spät an, was in diesem Hotel kein Problem ist, wegen der Bar ist der Frontdesk des Hotels 24h belegt. Alles sehr unkompliziert und man hat ein Zimmer mit Bad, was in London zu dem Preis selten ist. Nur 5 Minuten vom Flughafen, Taxi kostet unter 7 GBP.   The Hotel was warm and comfortable. It was clean and the staff friendly a good location to the train station and centre of the town. The room was spacious and modern The only thing that I thought was wrong was that the shower base started to fill up and wouldn't drain away I stopped the shower and waited for it to drain away but I think there is a... was die leute sagen » n issue with the drains. I reported it and the staff were very apologetic - I noted the care and attention to detail in the presentation of my room. Well done whoever was responsible it really shows you a level of professionalism rarely seen. Breakfast and evening staff were very welcoming and pleasant, again well done all. This experience has really reinforced my already high regard for the Ibis hotel group.

It worked out very well and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, pleasant and patient with us.
