Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu had a lot of options and the food was really good. It stayed open until 10 s - The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.

  Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g... was die leute sagen » o to Canary Wharf. And on depart to Canary Wharf to either of above, stop at Popular. Trains are so quick, less waiting and right until midnight. Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

The hotel is nearby East Ham metro station which brings you transfer free to the city centre at Westminster Abbey/Big Ben. Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are just across the street. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, clean with large beds, good TV, airconditioning and very nice bathrooms. I've read in another review the roadside rooms can be noisy, but that was not our experience. In the evening it's also pretty quit on the streets. Breakfast is

  The welcome by one of the members of staff of Zen Apartments the service received from her was second to none! The cab driver didn't have a clue where to go so she found the taxi and walked me to the apartment herself. The view was excellent. The apartment was oh so spacious just how like hotels rooms / apartments whenever I travel. It was fantast... was die leute sagen » ic value for money. There was a tesco / cafe within a few minute walking distance and the dlr station just a few mins away too. I will definitely be b - The location was perfect and the service was excellent. 'Indi' was very proffessional on check in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment itself was everything it said on the site and more, very modern, spacious and clean, ideal location from what we needed. Safe car parking and very safe surroundings. I would happily recommend friends and family, in fact we are planning to return when we go to London for Xmas shopping..Great value too...
