Ist ausgesprochen ruhig, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Service sehr gut. - Kompetente, freundliche Beratung an der Rezeption. Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Möglichkeit, auch ein continental breakfast einzunehmen. Gutes Essen an der Bar, man muss nicht im Restaurant ein Menu einnehmen, wenn man im Hotel zu Abend essen will.

This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. wir waren nur kurz dort, daher kann ich hierzu nichts sagen, es war alles in Ordnung und okay - Gute Lage mit schneller Anbindung an die Terminals. Von T5 fährt der Bus 423 direkt vor das Hotel (kostenlos).

From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

Gutes Business-Hotel - It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover.
