The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.
Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.

The hotel was definitely the Pinnacle of our Istanbul journey. It is siuated on a nice place on the Island. The hotel seems to be a fairly neo-classic building just like the surrounding houses. What a wonderful choice! So much more than I expected. The owners are
friendly and helpful. I had a lovely 2nd floor room with an ocean view-
it was perfect! Breakfast waas lovely, as well as the home-cooked meals
available. The owners sent me off after my 2-day stay with a lovely cup
of Turkish coffee served Ottoman style!

The place is located in a wounderful area of Yalova enjoyed the friendly atmpospher of the Owners Mr. Adem and Madam Nazi and their son Ebrahim. Wounderful breakfast made by Madam Nazi. The owner was extremely helpful and caring especailly with us since we were travelling with 4 young kids.

Excellent hotel, comfortable and well equiped roomes (even though a bit small), good pool & spa area. Very service oriented staff. Fantastic view from the bar on 19th floor. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp

The location is very good. It is less than one minitue by walking to the tram station. The room is well-arranged which is our favorite type. The staff is nice. They allow us for a very late check out (6:00) because the room is not booked by others . That do us a great favor because our flight is at midnight.

Great location and quality compared to prices. I recommend it to everyone who needs to spend a night for the transfer. Do not confuse it with city hotels, this place is not for sightseeing, it is just for sleeping in a cosy, nice smelling bed. Apart from that they have very large and clean rooms. the man in the reception helped me a lot because the taxi driver take my baggages with him. so all the night this man called police, airport etc, and he was so good. if i have my baggages now it is only for him.
also the room was perfect, big, clean and very close to the airport. if i will go in instambul another time, of course i will go there.
